BANDAI have published information on the upcoming kits, that are going to be released in June. Let us have a look at what I find the most interesting
:
- First is the High Grade (Universal Century from the Mobile Suit Gundam: Char’s Counterattack: Beltorchika’s Children novel) Hi-v GUNDAM kit, which will retail for ¥2,200:
According to BANDAI, this kit will feature
- Body and shield coloring are replicated with parts of different colors, allowing for accurate coloration simply by assembling the kit.
- Fin Funnel units are posable and can be individually detached from the rack.
- Includes Beam Rifle, two Beam Sabers, New Hyper Bazooka, shield, and six Fin Funnel units.
- Next one is the repaired Exia from the final episode of Gundam 00 (Season2). Recommended price ¥1,200:
Here is what BANDAI’s press release had to say:
- Features accurate details, including various refinements of the Exia design.
- GN Drive can be posed in an open position, just as in the show.
- Includes GN Sword Kai with translucent blade, GN Beam Saber, GN Short Blade, GN Long Blade, and GN Shield.
- Continuing Gundam 00 series is the High Grade version of Mr Bushido’s Susano. Recommended retail price ¥1,500
(Personally, I like it more than his custom Ahead, although it looks suspiciously like a Flag, don’t you think?):Susano’s details are as follows:
- Chest armor opens and closes, revealing the “Tri-punisher” inside.
- Includes special effect parts designed by mechanical designer Hitoshi Fukuchi.
- Weapons include two custom swords.
- And finally, the last kit from Gundam 00 series scheduled for release in June 2009 is Garazzo (Healing version), which is going to retail for ¥1,500:
These are Garazzo’s features:
- Accurate Healing Care’s colour scheme.
- Includes distinctive details such as fingertip “beam claws” and opening GN-field generator.
- Includes custom (read standard
) stand for variety of display options
I am definitely going to get my hands on Hi-v Gundam and (quite possible) Susano. What about you?
